MLS and Photography Rights: Real estate photos are typically owned by photographers, not agents or brokers. You must verify and obtain proper permissions before using any photos in our service.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold ClipMyListing harmless from any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from your use of copyrighted or unauthorized content.
We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
